Development of computer technology handling map switch from analog maps to digital maps, known as Geographic Information System (GIS). Besides the use of the Internet as a medium of information exchange developed rapidly, relating to the above GIS is developed using Internet technology is often referred to as Web-based Geographic Information System (Web-GIS). in this thesis will be built Web-based Geographic information System For Data Collection Indonesian Workers (TKI) in Ponorogo District, goal is to help BNP2TKI better control all data workers in the District Ponorogo. This application uses ArcView 3.3 for digitizing map, Register and Transform Tool extensions to register the map, MapView SVG extensions to export digitized maps to be displayed on website, Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 to create web pages, To create the database using XAMPP Lite 1.7.3 and website programming language using PHP and JavaScript. making this Web-GIS starting from data collection, then carried out the process of digitization of the spatial data, then enter the data into the table theme attributes, then convert the file type. shp into a file type. svg, to produce a map with the type of output .svg and .html. Then the process was continued by doing web creation that starts from the design view of a web page, the design of data base systems, which is then followed by the process of making web pages and database creation, the end result of the process will be put together forming a Geographic Information System Website Data Collection Indonesian Workers in The District Ponorogo
