Abstract

The implementation of good governance in the level of the village very closely with
the management of assets that are done in a transparent, participative, and responsible, Law

village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), Through of development programs and community
empowerment, BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” voice of Ponggok village, Polan Harjo District,
Sleman Regency, managing from tourism sector, as superior sectors, After being run in the
span of the 9 (nine) years BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” has been somewhat successful is
considered successful in, this cannot be separated from an analysis of the SWAT in the
activity. This study seeks to represent, strategic way to an asset in the management process of
the the disputed region is needed. Was used in the study research methodology descriptive of
qualitative, by the use of primary and secondary data, as: the objective of the interview,
documentation, as well as observation, in order to obtain the data the results of the
interviews, researchers used a method of purposive the sampling method of where informants
had been selected based on on the basis of the towards an object understanding of as well as
of the study, so that the information that was provided become accurate. The success of the
management of assets that are carried out by BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” to running a business
or entrepreneurs in professional, can be analyzed as follows: 1). Formal legal aspects as of a
threat can be solved through the formation of BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” has been somewhat
successful, that is going to go to carry out the management of an asset like a plot, so outline
his organization did, 2). The establishment of the new a corporate body has been institution
as an opportunity to strengthen the impact of institutional, of so investing auction the
government received bids would be clear of partnership relationship on which to base the
development of an asset like a plot, 3).Tourism and gastronomy destination could be
developed as a direct superior sector to the impact can be felt by residents, 4). A Key
weakness is preparing, of public resources, it is been close by BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” by
conducting various training aimed at increasing social skills to support superior sectors
village
