Abstract

Abstract—The purpose of this study was to explore the
implementation of sentiment analysis techniques on student
feedback in an online learning environment. This research used
the systematic literature review Methods on A Qualitative-
Quantitative Continuum. The results of this study present
several articles in the last six years period between 2014 - 2019.
The number of articles obtained was 12 articles relating to
student feedback analysis using sentiment analysis.
