Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how important the influence of discipline, individual characteristics, and work environment in giving an effect on employee productivity at the Education Office located in the Ponorogo Regency area. The method used is quantitative with the data used sourced from questionnaires. The population that is the focus of the research is the employees of the Education Office of Ponorogo Regency with a sample of all employees who work in the Ponorogo Regency Education Office. This sampling uses a saturated sample technique because the population at the Education Office is very limited and less than one hundred. Therefore, all of the population was selected as a sample with a total of 90 respondents from various fields in the Education Office. The results of this research data processing resulted in an analysis in the form of: (1) Discipline, Individual Characteristics, and Work Environment variables had a direct influence on the work productivity of the Education Office employees, (2) Simultaneous testing was carried out on work discipline variables, individual characteristics, and work environment. shows a significant effect on work productivity.
