The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environment partially and simultaneously on work productivity at UD New Tweety Magetan. Sampling in this study were employees who worked at UD New Tweety Magetan using a saturated sampling technique or the entire population was used as a sample of 70 people. The analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program. The results showed that the partial test results (t) were as follows: motivation (X1) = 0.018, discipline (X2) = 0.003, and work environment = 0.002, and Simultaneous test results (F) show an effect of 23,055.
