Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine sales planning at the interest rate desired by the
Wedang warok business using Break Even Point (BEP). This analysis is one of the menthods
used by most businesses to test the feasibility of a business and get a break-even point where
the company does not get the highest profit and the company also does not go bankrupt.
Management requires a break-even point analysis to plan company profits. By knowing the
break-even point of production and sales of Wedang Warok, Management can plan the
desired profit target. To calculate the Break Even Point, it can be done by knowing the fixed
costs. Variabel costs, and the selling price per product. Break Even Point analysis can use
the equation method, the unit contribution method, and the graph method. The three
menthods if used will still get the same result. In study the author uses respondent data and
uses data desriptive from of a tables. Based on the research that has been done regarding the
Wedang Warok business feasibility analysis through the Break Even Point (BEP) and SWOT
analysis, it can be concluded that the Wedang Warok business is a profitable and feasible
business to develop That is,shows the numbers 1,7 > 1.
