Abstract

ABSTRAK
Pemerintah Desa Conto berupaya mengembangkan potensi alam yang ada dengan
cara bekerjasama dengan investor, masyarakat dan semua aktor yang terlibat. Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang model kemitraan Pemerintah Desa dalam
pengembangan desa wisata, khususnya desa wisata Conto, Kec. Bulukerto, Kab. Wonogiri.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan
tekhnik purposive sampling. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam
dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisa interakrtif. Pemerintah Desa Conto dan
investor menjadi aktor utama dalam mengembangkan wisata Goa Resi dengan model
kerjasama bagi hasil (provit sharing arrangement), Pokdariwis dan Mbah Sadiman menjadi
aktor dalam pengembangan wisata Bukit Gendol dengan model kerjasama Management
Contract, sedangkan Soko Langit dikelola milik pribadi namun dalam pengembangannya
bekerjasama dengan model bagi hasil (provit sharing arrangement) dengan pokdarwis,
Kebun Sayur Banteng di kelola oleh pemilik kebun dan pokdarwis sedangkan Rumah Kopi
dikelola oleh BUMDes, masyarakat dan dikembangkan oleh pokdarwis dengan model
kerjasama Management Contract. Dengan adanya kegiatan kerjasama yang baik dari
pemuda desa maupun petani-petani yang ada di desa Conto akan membantu mendukung
dalam mengembangkan potensi alam yang dapat menarik perhatian wisatawan.
Kesimpulannya keterlibatan beberapa aktor sangat penting dalam menjalankan kerjasama
kemitraan, aktor merupakan kunci utama dalam hubungan kerjasama, untuk dapat
mencapai sebuah tujuan maka masing – masing pihak berkolaborasi untuk mewujudkannya.

ABSTRACT
The Conto Village Government seeks to develop the natural potential that exists by
collaborating with investors, the community and all the actors involved. The purpose of this
study is to describe the village government partnership model in the development of tourist
villages, especially the tourist village of Conto, Kec. Bulukerto, Kab. Wonogiri. The method
used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique.
Instruments in this research are in-depth interviews and documentation using interactive
analysis. The Conto village government and investors are the main actors in developing Goa
Resi tourism with a profit sharing arrangement model, Pokdariwis and Mbah Sadiman are
actors in the development of Bukit Gendol tourism with a Management Contract cooperation
model, while Soko Langit is managed privately but in development in collaboration with a
profit sharing arrangement with pokdarwis, the Banteng Sayur Garden is managed by the
garden owner and the pokdarwis while the Coffee House is managed by BUMDes, the
community and developed by the pokdarwis with a Management Contract collaboration
model. With good cooperation activities from village youth and farmers in Conto village, it
will help support in developing natural potential that can attract tourists' attention. In
conclusion, the involvement of several actors is very important in carrying out partnership
cooperation, actors are the main key in cooperative relationships, to be able to achieve a
goal, each party collaborates to make it happen.
