Abstract

ABSTRAK
Pemerintah Desa Bareng mengembangkan potensi alam yang ada bersama BUMDes
dan kelompok sadar wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi
pemerintah desa dalam pengembangan Wisata Sawah Lungguh Desa Bareng
Kecamatan Pudak Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian
ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, data yang digunakan dapat diperoleh dari
observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Wisata Sawah Lungguh
ini dikembangkan untuk menambah pendapatan desa dan perekonomian masyarakat.
Hasil dari penelitian ini strategi yang dilakukan pemerintah desa Bareng dalam
pengembangan Wisata Sawah Lungguh yaitu strategi bisnis. Dalam strategi bisnis
yang digunakan yaitu metode bagi hasil antara BUMDes dengan pemerintah desa
dan pengelolaan keuangan sepenuhnya dikelola oleh BUMDes.

ABSTRACT
The Bareng Village Government develops the natural potential that exists with
BUMDes and tourism awareness groups. The purpose of this study was to determine
the village government's strategy in developing Lungguh Sawah Tourism in Bareng
Village, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this research is
descriptive qualitative method, the data used can be obtained from observation, in�depth interviews and documentation. Sawah Lungguh tourism was developed to
increase village income and the community's economy. The result of this research is
the strategy carried out by the Bareng village government in the development of
Lungguh Sawah Tourism, namely a business strategy. The business strategy used is
the profit-sharing method between BUMDes and the village government and
financial management is fully managed by BUMDes.
