Deny Ahmad Fahrurrozi (18221711) with the title Village Head Leadership
Strategy in Realizing Public Services in Ngunut Village. The purpose of this study
is to describe the strategy of the village head in realizing public services in Ngunut
Village and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the village
head in realizing public services in Ngunut Village. This study uses qualitative
research methods using interview data collection techniques, observation and
documentation. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive model, which consists
of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The
location of this research is in Ngunut Village, Babadan District, Ponorogo Regency.
In realizing public services in Ngunut Village, it is necessary to have cooperation
between the Village Head and the community in order to create Ngunut Village
Government in accordance with what is desired. Therefore, the strategy of the
village head in realizing public services in Ngunut Village is interesting to study.
Researchers got this data and information from several informants including the
Ngunut Village Head, village officials, youth youth leaders, Ngunut village
community. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that
the leadership strategy in realizing public services in Ngunut Village is already
running well and in accordance with standards both in terms of service, discipline,
placing existing village officials according to their abilities and main functions and
implementing strategies to realize public services. by conducting transparency
regarding the lease management of village orders.
