Village Expenditure Allocations can be used to finance programs and activities in the field of Village Community Empowerment aimed at increasing the capacity and capability of the Village community in the application of the results of the development of science and technology, appropriate technology, and new findings for economic and agricultural progress of the Village community by utilizing the potential and its own resources. This is the basis for empowering the mentally retarded community in the Karangpatihan village government area which will then look for the suitability of the program selection taken with the needs of the mentally retarded community by using a sociopreanurship approach in its implementation.
