Abstract

ABSTRACT
The construction of the dam is included in the National Strategic Project (PSN)
which is regulated in presidential regulation number 109 of 2020. The Bendo
dam, which is located in Ngindeng village, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency, is
one of the dams included in the national strategic project. The dam, which was
built since 2013 and was inaugurated by President Jokowi on September 7, 2021,
costs around Rp. 1.1 trillion from the APBN and APBD. In the process of building
the dam, there are many changes in the lives of the relocated people. From this
problem, the researcher formulates the problem of how the social dynamics of the
Ngindeng village community after the Bendo dam and what is the role of the
Ngindeng village government in assisting the changes in the lives of the Bendo
hamlet community since the Bendo dam. In this study, researchers used
descriptive qualitative methods. From the results of research conducted by
researchers, it is explained that in terms of social and economic life, the
community is still in the process of adapting again, however, on the other hand,
people's lives are getting better, road access and others are easier and the
community's economy is not only focused on the fields but has also penetrated to
open land. shop. On the other hand, the community hopes that they will be
recruited to operate the dam, besides that, there is also a need for socialization
regarding the use of capital

ABSTRAK
Pembangunan bendungan masuk ke dalam Proyek Strategis Nasional
(PSN) yang diatur dalam peraturan presiden nomor 109 tahun 2020. Bendungan
bendo yang berlokasikan di desa Ngindeng Kecamatan Sawoo Kabupaten
Ponorogo merupakan salah satu bendungan yang masuk ke dalam proyek strategis
nasional tersebut. Bendungan yang dibangun sejak tahun 2013 dan telah
diresmikan oleh Presiden Jokowi pada tanggal 7 september 2021 tersebut
menghabiskan dana sekitar Rp 1,1 triliun yang bersumber dari APBN dan APBD.
Dalam proses pembangunan bendungan banyak terjadi perubahan dalam
kehidupan masyarakat yang terelokasi. Dari permasalahan ini maka peneliti
mengambil rumusan masalah bagaimana dinamika sosial masyarakat desa
Ngindeng setelah adanya bendungan bendo dan bagaimana peran pemerintah desa
Ngindeng dalam mendampingi perubahan kehidupan masyarakat dusun Bendo
sejak adanya bendungan bendo. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan
metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti
menerangkan bahwa dalam segi kehidupan sosial dan perekonomian masyarakat
masih proses beradaptasi kembali namun, disisi lain kehidupan masyarakat
menjadi lebih baik, akses jalan dan lainnya menjadi mudah dan perekonomian
masyarakat tidak hanya fokus di ladang saja namun juga sudah merambah untuk
membuka warung. Disisi lain masyarakat berharap agar direkrut dalam
pengoprasian bendungan selain itu,juga perlu adanya sosialisasi mengenai
pemanfaatan modal .Dan pemerintah desa ngindeng terkait pendampingan
perubahan kehidupan masyarakat hanya sebagai perantara antara pemerintah
pusat dengan masyarakat
