The budget is an important part of the sustainability aspect of activities in an institution that includes activities over a certain period of time. In the realization of the expenditure budget, the economic ratio, effectiveness, and efficiency are measured in accordance with the Value for money principle. This study aims to analyze the realization of the budget to measure the economic level, effectiveness and efficiency of the financial performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of a Budget Realization Report for the 2017-2021 Fiscal Year. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method using the concept of Value for money in the form of Economic Ratios, Effectiveness Ratios and Efficiency Ratios and data collection used is documentation, observation, and interviews. The results showed that the financial performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency was generally said to be good. This means that BAPPEDA RITBANG Ponorogo Regency has been careful in managing the budget provided by the government and in accordance with existing needs and budgets.
