Abstract
ABSTRAK Implementasi Strategi Pembentukan Citra Positif Komunitas Aremania City Of Reog Ponorogo Pasca Tragedi Kanjuruhan Oleh Adi Prasetyo / 18240668 Kerusuhan yang terjadi antara arema fc vs persebaya Surabaya pada laga lanjutan liga 1 2022 hal tersebut menjadi masa terkelam di persepakbola an Negara Indonesia. Keurushan ini pun berdampak bukan hanya bagi klub namun juga sangat berdampak pada aremania sendiri, dimana citra bagi klub sendiri pun hilang serta reputasi supporter aremania yang notabene sebagai supporter yang baik menjadi hilang dikalangan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi strategi pembentukan citra positif komunitas aremania city of reog ponorogo pasca tragedy kanjuruhan. Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan menggunakan model pembentukan citra dengan memeperhatikan beberapa factor yaitu, Stimulus (Rangsangan), Persepsi (Hasil sebuah pandangan kepada unsure unsure lingkungan), Kognisi (aspek Pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan ide atau konsep), Motivasi ( Kecendrungan yang gigih untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan ), Sikap (Sebuah hasil analisis negative maupun positif terhadap konsekuensi penerapan sebuah objek). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 1 orang yaitu pimpinan komunitas, serta 1 orang anggota komunitas. Sedangkan objek pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi strategi pembentukan citra positif komunitas supporter aremania city of reog ponorogo pasca tragedy kanjuruhan. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini akan mengarah pada kesuksesan pada proses pembentukan citra positif kelompok supporter aremania city of reog pasca tragedy kanjuruhan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bagaimana strategi dai komunitas arema city of reog dalam proses pembentukan citra postif pasca kejadian di stadion kanjuruhan malang yaitu dengan menjadikan momen pasca tragedy dengan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat sosial serta dengan menjalin silahturahmi kepada masyarakat umum. Kata Kunci : Kerusuhan, Supporter, Aremania, Citra ABSTRACT Implementation of a Positive Image Formation Strategy for the Aremania City Of Reog Ponorogo Community After the Kanjuruhan Tragedy By Adi Prasetyo / 18240668 The riot that occurred between Arema FC vs Persebaya Surabaya in the 2022 Liga 1 continued match was the darkest period in Indonesian national football. This turmoil also had an impact not only on the club but also greatly impacted Aremania itself, where the image for the club itself was lost and the reputation of Aremania supporters who incidentally were good supporters was lost among the community. The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement the strategy of forming a positive image of the Aremania community, City of Reog Ponorogo after the Kanjuruhan tragedy. In this case the researcher uses a research approach with a qualitative descriptive method, and uses an image formation model by paying attention to several factors namely, Stimulus (Stimuli), Perception (The result of a view of environmental elements), Cognition (knowledge aspects related to ideas or concepts) , Motivation (Persistent tendency to achieve a goal), Attitude (A result of negative or positive analysis of the consequences of applying an object). The research subjects consisted of 1 person, namely the community leader, and 1 community member. While the object of this study is how to implement the strategy of forming a positive image of the Aremania City of Reog Ponorogo supporter community after the Kanjuruhan tragedy. The conclusions that can be drawn from this research will lead to success in the process of forming a positive image of the Aremania City of Reog supporter group after the Kanjuruhan tragedy. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of the Arema City of Reog community in the process of forming a positive image after the incident at Kanjuruhan Malang Stadium is to make a post-tragedy moment by holding social activities and by establishing friendship with the general public.
