Abstract
Analysis of MPM Motor Ponorogo's brand identity through Facebook @MPM Motor Ponorogo is the title of this thesis. This study aims to determine how the MPM Motor Ponorogo Facebook account incorporates brand identity. Direct interviews were conducted with Mrs. Diyah Megawati, who is in charge of the MPM Motor Ponorogo branch, Mr. Renta, who is in charge of the PDCA and manages the social media accounts for MPM Motor Ponorogo, and a number of customers who have made vehicle purchases at MPM Motor Ponorogo. Brand Identity theory is used in this research's analysis process. The purpose of this study is to determine how MPM Motor Ponorogo's Facebook brand identity is constructed. One of the most important factors in a company's ability to sell its products is its identity. The Facebook identity for MPM Motor Ponorogo has elements that can be used as identities, such as simple but striking symbols, strong visual triggers, and memorable and impressive identities. Buying Honda motorized vehicles from MPM Motor Ponorogo can be made easier if you have an identity.
