Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is very important for the organization because high performance will reduce absenteeism and work assigned or assigned to employees will be completed in a shorter or faster time. In relation to employee performance, many things can encourage increased employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, training and teamwork support partially or simultaneously on the performance of PT BPR Tunas Artha Baru Madiun employees and the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population was all employees of PT BPR Tunas Artha Baru Madiun, totaling 45 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling so that the entire population is used as the research sample. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, estimation precision testing (R2 test), and hypothesis testing with t tests, F tests, and dominant variable tests. Based on the results of data analysis, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) Compensation, training and teamwork support partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BPR Tunas Artha Baru Madiun. Compensation is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT BPR Tunas Artha Baru Madiun.
