Abstract

ABSTRAK Rohmah Nur Intifadhah Nida. 2023. Peran Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Akhlak Siswa Terhadap Lingkungan Sekolah Melalui Program Adiwiyata Di MIN 1 Kota Madiun. Skripsi Program Strata Satu (S-1), Prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Fakultas gama Islam, Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Pembimbing: Pembimbing (I) Dr. Happy Susanto, MA dan Pembimbing (II) Lilis Sumaryanti, M.Pd Kata Kunci: Akhlak Siswa, Lingkungan Sekolah, Adiwiyata. Guru memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan akhlak terhadap lingkungan sekolah. Akhlak pada beberapa siswa masihlah kurang tertanam dalam berakhlak di lingkungan sekolah seperti pada tanaman, dan sampah, hal ini menjadikan peran guru untuk meningkatkan akhlak siswanya. Sehingga disini peneliti tertarik untuk mengambil penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa terhadap lingkungan sekolah melalui program adiwiyata di MIN 1 Kota Madiun, untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa terhadap lingkungan sekolah melalui program adiwiyata di MIN 1 Kota Madiun. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisisnya dilakukan dengan terus menerus sampai tuntas. Hasil temuan peneliti ini yaitu guru dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa terhadap lingkungan sekolah melalui program adiwiyata, guru melakukan penerapan pokja tanaman atau tumbuhan yang dimana disini guru ikut mendampingi untuk membina para siswa agar para siswa dapat terbimbing dengan baik. Kemudian untuk pemanfaatan sampah yaitu melalui pokja sampah dengan tim PKM atau Patroli Keamanan Madrasah yang nantinya bertugas mencatat siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tidak mau ikut bergabung dalam kegiatan pemanfaatan sampah kemudian catatan tersebut diberikan pada pembina pokja sampah atau wali kelas sebagai bentuk bukti untuk dilakukannya pembinaan yang lanjut. Kemudian melalui 3R dengan dikaitkannya dalam pembelajaran dan diluar pembelajaran, untuk mengkaitkan di dalam pembelajaran yaitu dikaitkan melalui RPP, untuk di luar pembelajaran mengkaitkannya di kegiatan mengumpulkan sampah anorganik ataupun di saat event sekolah seperti pameran kerajinan tangan.   ABSTRACT Rohmah Nur Intifadhah Nida. 2023. Advisor Supervisor: (I) Dr. Happy Susanto, MA and Advisor (II) Lilis Sumaryanti, M.Pd Keywords: Student Morals, School Environment, Adiwiyata Teachers have a role in improving morals towards the school environment. Morals in some students are still not embedded in morals in the school environment such as plants and garbage, this makes the role of the teacher to improve the morals of his students. So here the researcher is interested in taking this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's role in improving student morals towards the school environment through the adiwiyata program at MIN 1 Madiun City, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals towards the school environment through the adiwiyata program at MIN 1 Madiun City. In this study, researchers conducted data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The type of research conducted by researchers is field research with qualitative methods. Data collection is done by using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis is carried out continuously until complete. The findings of this researcher are that teachers in improving students' morals towards the school environment through the adiwiyata program, teachers carry out plant or plant work groups where teachers accompany them to guide students so that students can be well guided. Then for the utilization of waste, namely through the waste working group with the PKM team or the Madrasah Security Patrol which will later be tasked with recording students who commit violations who do not want to join in the waste utilization activities then the notes are given to the trash working group supervisor or homeroom teacher as a form of evidence for further coaching . Then through the 3R by linking it in learning within learning and outside learning such as linking it in each lesson plan, for outside learning linking it to activities of collecting inorganic waste or at school events such as handicraft exhibitions.
