Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of digital marketing through social media as an effort to increase sales at UMKM Nariyah Bakery Madiun. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with primary data obtained from interviews and observations. The target object of this research is the Nariyah Bakery shop. Primary data was obtained from the results of interviews and observations with the owner, employees of the promotion and finance department at UMKM Nariyah Bakery. This study shows the results that the implementation of digital marketing strategies through social media carried out by the Nariyah Bakery shop has a positive effect in the form of increasing sales results and ease of promotion processes, besides that there are obstacles in the digital marketing process that is carried out, such as an unstable internet network and lack of understanding. consumers about digital marketing which caused us to lose some target market.
