Abstract

Peningkatan perekonomian Indonesia tidak lepas dari peran sektor perbankan. Salah satu perbankan yang ada di Indonesia adalah perbankan syariah. Perbankan syariah dapat menjadi alternatif perbankan bagi warga muslim termasuk Muhammadiyah karena dinilai sesuai dengan religiusitas mereka. Dalam memilih perbankan tentunya akan memperhatikan nilai keunggulan yang dirasakan pelanggan atau perceived values sehingga akan berdampak pada minat pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Functional Value, Social Value dan Personal/Emotional Value secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Purchase Intention di perbankan syariah pada warga Muhammadiyah. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah warga Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Sampel yang digunakan adalah warga Muhammadiyah yang menggunakan atau bertransaksi di perbankan syariah. Jumlah sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode snowball sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data dari hasil peneitian tersebut diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial functional value (X1) tidak berpengaruh pada purchase intention (Y), sedangkan social value (X2) dan personal/emotional value (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap purchase intention (Y) di perbankan syariah pada warga Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel functional value, social value, dan personal/emotional value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention di perbankan syariah pada warga Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.
