Kata Kunci: self efficacy, motivasi belajar, penanaman self efficacy, pemberian reward game. Penanaman self efficacy kepada peserta didik merupakan fokus penting dalam pendidikan. Self efficacy merupakan cara pandang individu akan kemampuannya disertai dengan keyakinan. Motivasi belajar merupakan sebuah dorongan dalam melakukan kegiatan yang akan menjadikan diri lebih antusias dalam keikutsertaan dalam proses belajar. Penanaman self efficacy dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara salah satunya melalui pemberian reward game. Penanaman self efficacy dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dalam Pendidikan tidak terlepas dari hambatan, contoh hambatannya adalah keberagaman tingkat self efficacy yang dimiliki peserta didik kelas V di MIM 7 Sidoharjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk penanaman self efficacy dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui pemberian reward game kelas V MIM 7 Sidoharjo, mengetahui hasil dari penanaman self efficacy melalui pemberian reward game dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat self efficacy. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dimana peneliti mengkaji lebih mendalam pada peneliti dan menggunakan teknik mengamati langsung penanaman self efficacy yang dilaksanakan di MIM 7 Sidoharjo Pulung Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dari informan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa penanaman self efficacy dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar melalui pemberian reward game secara bervariatif dan konsisten akan menjadikan peserta didik lebih semangat ,yakin akan kemampuannya dan lebih menerima akan tantangan yang akan dihadapi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penanaman self efficacy kepada peserta didik sangatlah penting. Implikasi penelitian ini sangat penting bagi praktisi pendidikan untuk mengambil strategi yang bervariasi untuk penanaman self efficacy peserta didik.   ABSTRACT Nurvitasari, Erika Pebri. 2023. Self efficacy is an individual's perspective on his ability accompanied by belief. Learning motivation is an encouragement in carrying out activities that will make oneself more enthusiastic in participating in the learning process. Instilling self-efficacy can be done in several ways, one of which is through reward games. The cultivation of self-efficacy in increasing learning motivation in education is inseparable from obstacles, an example of an obstacle is the diversity of levels of self-efficacy possessed by fifth grade students at MIM 7 Sidoharjo. This study aims to explore the form of instilling self-efficacy in increasing student learning motivation through giving reward games for class V MIM 7 Sidoharjo, knowing the results of instilling self-efficacy through giving reward games and knowing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of self-efficacy. This research method is a qualitative approach, in which the researcher examines in more depth the researcher and uses the technique of directly observing the cultivation of self-efficacy carried out at MIM 7 Sidoharjo Pulung Ponorogo. This study uses data collection techniques from informants through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that instilling self-efficacy in increasing learning motivation through the provision of varied and consistent reward games will make students more enthusiastic, confident in their abilities and more accepting of the challenges they will face. The conclusion of this study shows that instilling self-efficacy in students is very important. The implications of this research are very important for educational practitioners to take a variety of strategies for instilling self-efficacy in students.
