Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Komitmen Dan Komitmen Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Online Shop Shopee Di Desa Poncol Ecamatan Poncol Kabupaten Magetan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan aplikasi shopee untuk berbelanja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Kata kunci : kepercayaan, kepuasan, komitmen, loyalitas pelanggan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and explain the influence of trust, commitment and commitment to customer loyalty at the Shopee Online Shop in Poncol Village, Poncol District, Magetan Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study are consumers who use the Shopee application to shop. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Keywords: trust, satisfaction, commitment, customer loyalty
