Abstract

HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN GIZI DENGAN PERILAKU JAJAN PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR KELAS IV, V DAN VI Oleh : BAYU AJI SAPUTRA Pengetahuan gizi anak sangat berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan makanan di sekolah. Perubahan pengetahuan gizi pada anak SD merupakan suatu perubahan tingkat pengetahuan ke arah yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Perubahan pengetahuan gizi diharapkan dapat memberikan perubahan sikap dan perilaku anak dalam upaya perbaikan gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan pengetahuan gizi dengan perilaku jajan pada siswa Di Sekolah Dasar kelas IV, V dan V Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi Seluruh Siswa kelas IV, V dan V di SDN Mrican 1 sebanyak 68 siswa dengan besar sampel sejumlah 40 responden. Sampling menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknis pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Chi Square dengan Signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar 21 responden (52,5%) berpengetahuan buruk tentang gizi. Pada variabel perilaku jajan didapatkan sebagian besar 23 responden (57,5%) berperilaku negatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data uji statistik Chi-Square diperoleh p value = 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari α=0,05 artinya Ho ditolak berarti ada Hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan perilaku jajan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas IV, V dan V dengan nilai Contingency Coefficient =0,547 kategori cukup. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan ada Hubungan bererti semakin baik pengetahuan tentang gizi maka perilaku jajan siswa SD semakin positif dan sebaliknya. maka peneliti menyarankan pada tempat penelitian memasang gambar atau leaflet tentang pentingnya tentang gizi dan bahaya jajan sembarangan pada anakn usia Sekolah dasar Kata kunci: pengetahuan, gizi, perilaku, jajan, siswa ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRITION AND SNEAKING BEHAVIOR IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS CLASS IV, V AND V By: BAYU AJI SAPUTRA Knowledge of children's nutrition is very influential on the selection of food at school. Changes in nutrition knowledge in elementary school children is a change in the level of knowledge in a better direction than before. Changes in nutritional knowledge are expected to provide changes in attitudes and behavior of children in efforts to improve nutrition. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and snacking behavior in elementary school students in grades IV, V and V The design of this research is correlation with cross sectional approach. The population of all students in grades IV, V and V at SDN Mrican 1 is 68 students with a large sample of 40 respondents. Sampling using Purposive Sampling. Technical data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi Square Test with a Significance of 0.05. The results of the study most of the 21 respondents (52.5%) had poor knowledge about nutrition. In the snacking behavior variable, most of the 23 respondents (57.5%) had negative behavior. Based on the results of the analysis of the Chi-Square statistical test data, it was obtained that p value = 0.000, which means that it is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge and snacking behavior in elementary school students in grades IV, V and V with a Contingency Coefficient value. = 0.547 sufficient category. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a relationship meaning that the better the knowledge about nutrition, the more positive the snacking behavior of elementary school students and vice versa.
