Abstract

Along with the times, technology was created to make it easier for humans to do their work and to get maximum results, one of which was the creation of a coconut grater machine. Coconut grater machine is one of the machine products that functions as a tool for crushing coconut meat with the aim of obtaining coconut milk. The creation of this coconut grater machine was due to the problems that exist in the community which grate coconuts in a manual way and are considered ineffective and efficient. In the design of this grated coconut machine refers to a capacity of 120 kg/hour. So that this coconut grater machine can be used for household environments and small industrial scale. Then the formulation of the problem is as follows: What is the process of making a grated coconut machine and what is the work of the process of making a grated coconut machine. The purpose of the design of this coconut grated machine is to create a coconut grated machine that has a simpler system, is more effective and efficient to use and to support the development of coconut grated machine technology that already exists in the community and small industries.
