Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how organizational civic behavior, the workplace atmosphere, and stress levels affect the productivity of Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection staff members in Ponorogo Regency. This study employs quantitative methods. Fifty workers from Ponorogo Regency Social Service forrWomen's Empowermentrand Child Protection served as the study sample. Instrument testing, coefficientrof determination testing, and hypothesis testing are the testing phases that are employed. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis as its analytical method. The study's findings indicate that: (1) Employee performance is impacted by organizational citizenship behavior (2.085) and is significantly affected (0.043 < 0.05). Workplace stress has a negative effect (-3.318) and a significant value (0.002 < 0.05), whereas the work environment has a positive effect of (2.609) and a significant value (0.012 < 0.05). (4) job environment, job stress, androrganizational citizenship behavior have a significant value (0.003 < 0.05) and a favorable influence (5.508) on employee performance.
