Abstract
ABSTRAK Farida Ismananda Rukmatin. Penerapan Pola Toilet Training Dalam Melatih Kemandirian Anak Usia Dini di Pocenter Ponorogo. skripsi. Progam Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Pembimbing 1 Betty Yulia Wulansari, M,Pd, Pembimbing 2 Muhammad Azzam Muttaqin, M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pola toilet training dalam melatih kemandirian anak usia dini di Pocenter Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan populasi mencakup seluruh siswa Pocenter Ponorogo yang terdiri dari 3 macam golongan yaitu infant class, toddler, dan pre-school. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan toilet training dalam melatih kemandirian anak usia dini di Pocenter Ponorogo sudah terlaksaan dan sesuai tema pembelajaran dan merupakan salah satu progam unggulan di Pocenter Ponorogo. Adapun tahapan penerapan pola toilet training di Pocenter Ponorogo meliputi: (1.) Tahap lisan, yang mana ini dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran dengan tema/sub tema bagian-bagian rumah/sekolah yang nantikan terdapat materi mengenai toilet (2.) Tahap modeling (penerapan langsung), berupa miss/guru melakukan praktik secara langsung melalui pembelajaran daily activity kemudian anak menirukan apa yang dilakukan oleh miss/guru. (3.) Tahap pembiasaan, dimana pada tahap ini diharapkan anak mulai terbiasa dalam melakukan buang air kecil atau buang air besar dikamar mandi secara mandiri. This research aims to describe the application of toilet training patterns in training the independence of young children at Ponorogo Pocenter. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a population including all Ponorogo Ponorogo students consisting of 3 types of groups, namely infant class, toddler and pre-school. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the application of toilet training in training early childhood independence at Pocenter Ponorogo has been implemented and is in accordance with the learning theme and is one of the superior programs at Pocenter Ponorogo. The stages of implementing the toilet training pattern at Pocenter Ponorogo include: (1.) Oral stage, which is carried out during learning with themes/sub-themes for parts of the house/school where there will be material regarding toilets (2.) Modeling (application) stage directly), in the form of the miss/teacher doing practice directly through daily activity learning then the child imitates what the miss/teacher does. (3.) The habituation stage, where at this stage it is hoped that the child will begin to get used to urinating or defecating in the bathroom independently.
