Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN POST OP FRAKTUR FEMUR DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK Di Ruang Flamboyan RSUD Dr.Harjono Ponorogo Oleh : ELVIRA NURCAHYANI AVIVA 20613351 Fraktur merupakan rusaknya kontinuitas struktur tulang yang menyebabkan pergeseran fragmen tulang hingga deformitas. Pada luka fraktur dan luka insisi dapat terjadi edema dan nyeri yang mengakibatkan keterbatasan lingkup gerak sendi, dan keterbatasan klien dalam menumpu berat badannya sehingga seringkali klien mengalami gangguan mobilitas fisik. Studi kasus inibertujuan untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada klien post operasi fraktur yang mengalami gangguan mobilitas fisik. Asuhan keperawatan pada klien post operasi fraktur dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik dilakukan di RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo selama 3 hari yaitu pada tanggal 5 Juli 2023 – 8 Juli 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada desain studi kasus yaitu mode pemecahan masalah (problem solving) dengan pendek.atan proses keperawatan. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan klien mengalami masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik dibuktikan dengan klien mengeluh tidak dapat menggerakkan kaki kanan dan mengeluh nyeri. Tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan yaitu dukungan mobilisasi. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan didapatkan hasil masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik pda Ny. T dapat teratasi sebagian. Asuhan keperawatan pada klien post operasi yang mengalami masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber untuk menambah pengetahuan dan informasi bagi pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya perawat dalam mengatasi masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik. Kata kunci : Fraktur Ekstremitas, Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik. ABSTRACT NURSING CARE OF POST OP FRACTURE PATIENTS WITH PHYSICAL MOBILITY DISORDERS NURSING PROBLEMS In the Flamboyant Room of RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo By : ELVIRA NURCAHYANI AVIVA 20613351 Fracture is a breakdown in the continuity of the bone structure which causes shifting of bone fragments to deformity. In fractures and incisions, edema and pain can occur which results in limited range of motion of the joints, and limitations of the client in supporting his weight so that clients often experience impaired physical mobility. This case study aims to provide nursing care to postoperative fracture clients who experience impaired physical mobility. Nursing care for postoperative fracture clients with nursing problems with physical mobility disorders is carried out at Dr. Harjono Ponorogo for 3 days, namely July 15 2023 – July 17 2023. The method used in the case study design is problem solving mode with a nursing process approach. The results of the study found that the client had problems with impaired physical mobility as evidenced by the client complaining of being unable to move his right leg and complaining of pain. The nursing action taken is mobilization support. After the nursing actions were carried out, the results obtained were nursing problems with physical mobility disorders in Ny. W can be partially resolved. Nursing care for postoperative clients who experience nursing problems with physical mobility disorders is expected to be a source to increase knowledge and information for health services, especially nurses in dealing with nursing problems with physical mobility disorders.
