Abstract
Innovative behavior is individual action directed at the generation, introduction and application of useful novelty at every level of the organization. This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and knowledge sharing on the innovative behavior of teachers at YKP Magetan Vocational School. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in this study used 40 respondents, namely teachers. The testing stages used include instrument testing, reliability testing, determination testing and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research results show that transformational leadership, organizational culture and knowledge sharing influence the innovative behavior of teachers at YKP Magetan Vocational School.
