Abstract
ABSTRACT Alfian Safitra. Strategy of Integrated Islamic School in Strengthening Pancasila Values (Case Study at SMPIT Harapan Umat Ngawi). Thesis. Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Advisor 1 Dr. Sutrisno, S.Pd.,M.Pd., Advisor 2 Drs. Sunarto, M.Si.. Strengthening Pancasila values is very important for educational institutions, namely schools. The Integrated Islamic School is an Islamic-based educational institution with a unique curriculum that has its own strategy in an effort to strengthen Pancasila values. The aims of this research are: (1) Describe the strategy of Integrated Islamic Schools in strengthening Pancasila values, (2) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to strengthen Pancasila values in Integrated Islamic Schools. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Researchers chose SMPIT Harapan Umat Ngawi as the research location. Data collection in this research is observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: (1) The strategy for strengthening Pancasila values in Integrated Islamic Schools is carried out through superior programs, extracurricular activities and is carried out in the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project activities. (2) supporting factors, namely competent human resources or educators and a conducive environment, and inhibiting factors, namely some students who are stubborn and have a sluggish physical condition and inadequate infrastructure. This research implies that the Integrated Islamic School strategy is carried out through superior programs, extracurricular activities and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. The supporting factors found include human resources or educators and a conducive environment, and the inhibiting factors are student factors and infrastructure.
