Abstract

ABSTRACT PUSPASARI BUMDES PARTNERSHIP WITH BANK JATIM MAGETAN BRANCH THROUGH JATIM AGENTS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE INCLUSIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES By : Hendra Dwi Wahyu Perdana In the current era of globalization, it has given birth to very rapid changes in all fields. As these changes progress, they have an impact on the rapid growth of the global economy and modern technology. The development of the global economy and modern technology has had the impact of life becoming more practical, faster and economical. Make it easier for people to communicate more quickly to get information and through the internet people can shop and make transactions. This also changes people's behavior, which tends to demand facilities, satisfactory service and good quality products or services. The need for financial services such as saving, paying bills, and applying for loans from formal financial institutions to obtain a better quality of life is really needed by rural communities who are still difficult to reach by bank branch offices whose locations are predominantly in urban centers. Bank Jatim presents "JATIM AGENT" as a solution to problems that arise, where Bank Jatim opens a collaboration service with BUMDES to become an East Java Agent as an extension of the Bank Jatim Branch Office in providing banking services to the community in the framework of inclusive finance. With the existence of BUMDES as an East Java Agent, it is hoped that it can provide convenience for people in all corners of the world in terms of banking transactions, for example cash deposits, transfers, PLN payments, credit purchases, PBB payments and PKB payments.
