Abstract
Management is an important factor in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. Management is the science and art of managing the process of utilizing human resources and other resources effectively and efficiently to achieve a certain goal. This research aims to find out whether Smart Culture, Solution Culture and Kaizen Culture have an effect on Employee Performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Madiun and Ponorogo Branch Offices. The sample used in this research was employees at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Madiun and Ponorogo Branch Offices, namely 70 people. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. This research resulted in a partial test (t) as follows: Smart Culture (X1) = 2,271, Solution Culture (X2) = 3,036 and Kaizen Culture (X3) = 4,060 Keywords: Smart Culture, Solution Culture, Kaizen Culture and Employee Performance
