Abstract

ABSTRACT NURSING CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH URINARY TRACT INFECTION WITH NURSING PROBLEMS OF URINE INCONTINENCE (URGENCY) AT dr. HARJONO PONOROGO Riyo Ihwainul Sholihin D III Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Muhammadiyah University, Ponorogo oyhir87@gmail.com Treatment problems Acute pain is something that patients often experience. Urinary tract infection with intermittent pain. This is very uncomfortable, which is often experienced by patients with urinary tract infections. Acute pain caused by urinary tract infections occurs due to the development of microorganisms in the urinary tract, where under normal circumstances the bladder air does not contain bacteria, viruses or other microorganisms, causing blockage in the bladder. The aim of this case study is to treat a disease in a patient, a urinary tract infection with a problem that causes acute pain. Care for the death of Urinary Tract Infection sufferers is carried out at RSUD dr. Harjono Ponorogo Regency for 3 days, namely 04 to 06 November 2023. The research method uses a case study design where the problem solving method uses a causal process approach. The results of the evaluation of planned surgical procedures regarding the diagnosis of acute pain related to inflammation of the urinary tract are good with the criteria of decreased pain complaints, decreased grimaces, decreased protective attitude, decreased difficulty sleeping, improved blood pressure and improved appetite. Supporting factors for the success of the procedure on the patient are that the patient and family are cooperative during the procedure and active during the activity, good cooperation is established with the room nurse, medical data from the doctor and death records are obtained well so that the bleeding can run smoothly.
