Abstract
Dania Nur Wahidah Umami, NIM 20420693, Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, Thesis: "The Influence of Product Knowledge, Service Features, Trust on Interest in Using E-Wallet Funds among Gen Z in Ponorogo Regency". This research is intended to be able to see partially and simultaneously whether interest in using the Dana e-wallet among Gen Z in Ponorogo is influenced by product knowledge, service features and trust. The population in this study is generation Z in Ponorogo Regency with the criteria of Dana e-wallet users and aged 11-26 years. The number of samples using the Slovin formula is 100 respondents using the snowball sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application program. The results of the research and analysis show that partially the variables product knowledge (X1), service features (X2), influence the interest in using the Dana e-wallet among Gen Z in Ponorogo Regency, while the trust variable has no influence on the interest in using the Dana e-wallet in Gen Z in Ponorogo Regency. Then, simultaneously and partially, it shows that the variables product knowledge (X1), service features (X2) and trust (X3) have a positive and significant effect on interest in using the Dana e-wallet among Gen Z in Ponorogo Regency.
