Abstract
Human resources are an important asset in a company because they have the potential to grow and determine long-term success in a company. The quality of human resources is expected to improve employee performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational commitment, work life balance and workload on the performance of health workers at the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital (RSU). The number of samples in this research was 70 respondents. This research is quantitative research with a data collection method using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data measurement uses a Likert scale of one to five, where one is an answer that strongly disagrees while 5 is an answer that strongly agrees. The data analysis used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) via the SMARTPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, work life balance does not have a significant effect on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, and workload has a significant effect on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.
