Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at RRI Madiun. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method and a sample of 50 ASN was obtained. Data collection used questionnaires and data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of the research show that partially leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at RRI Madiun. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at RRI Madiun. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at RRI Madiun. Leadership style, work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at RRI Madiun.
