Abstract

In planning the development and management of a good market, it is necessary to carry out planned management with integrated market governance by prioritizing functional values for the facilities provided to serve the community. In order to develop a market, the Regional Government should carry out innovations with a variety of management controls and empowerment with the aim of creating a traditional market that is orderly, safe, well maintained, clean and healthy, making the market an economic axis that drives the wheels of the regional economy. Based on the problem formulation in this research, how is PT. KAI's land management at the Ponorogo Regency Station Market in increasing PAD. For theory in this research, George Edward III's Policy Theory is used. The method in this research uses a descriptive-qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that "Management of the Station Market (pt.kai land) Ponorogo Regency in Increasing PAD" is the authority for managing the station market owned by PT.KAI where in carrying out this management, PT.KAI appoints an individual (Mr. Maskur).
