Dini Listyaningrum. NIM 18414719. Management Study Program. Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Script: "The Influence of Perception, Product Uniqueness, and Word of Mouth (WOM) of Nasi Pecel Spicy Tajug on Consumer Satisfaction" Every food industry always aims to serve and satisfy every customer who comes according to their expectations. Perception, product uniqueness and word of mouth are important things to pay attention to because they will result in repeat purchases and recommendations to others. This research aims to determine the influence of perception, product uniqueness, and Word of Mouth (WOM) of Tajuk spicy pecel rice on consumer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The research population is all consumers who make direct purchases at Nasi Pecel Pedes Tajuk. The research sample was 100 people with a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Test the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis methods using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and R Square test. The results of this research show that the variables of perception, product uniqueness and word of mouth (WOM) partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Tajuk spicy pecel rice. The magnitude of the influence of perception, product uniqueness and word of mouth (WOM) is 67%. Keywords: Perception, Product Uniqueness, Word Of Mouth, Consumer Satisfaction
