Abstract
Healthy heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature are very important for human health These three parameters are important for maintaining overall health and early detection health problems that may arise. Because when we want to monitor our health It is advisable to go to a clinic which is located far away for some people This tool makes it easier for us to monitor our health because this tool is designed to provide accurate information and can be accessed wirelessly through the application Telegram. Through the use of innovative technology, as well as increasing efficiency in monitoring vital signs without requiring close contact, thereby reducing the risk of disease transmission. Test results show that this tool is able to measure heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature properly, and can display measurement results information via the LCD screen and send it to the user via telegram message and also include information about what it is normal patient.
