Abstract
Education is an important aspect in human life. One of the determining factors for the progress or failure of an education lies in the educator. Nevertheless, there are plroblems experienced by them such as economic welfare. In Indonesia, there are still early childhood educators who earn less than decent salaries. Edupreneurship is an entrepreneurial activity that can be carried out by educators and people within the scope of education to generate profits. This study aims to describe and explain the actualization of edupreneurship as a solution to these problems. The method used in this research is meta analysis. Trough this method, researchers can find data and information from various sources of literature and journals. The results of this analysis describe the effectiveness of 3R (reduce, reuse, and recycle) based edupreneurship by utilizing the waste that is around as an effort to improve the economic welfare of early childhood educators. Based on the source of the data obtained, the conclusion is that 3R-based edupreneurship activities can be used as an effective solution to overcome these problems. Keywords: Economic welfare, edupreneurship, 3R.
