Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of People's Business Credit (KUR) and E-Commerce on Increasing MSME Income in Ponorogo District. People's business credit (KUR) and e-commerce are one of the steps that can be taken by MSMEs to develop their business, therefore the use of KUR and e-commerce is good and has the potential to increase the income of MSME actors. The object of this research is the owner of MSMEs in Ponorogo District whose businesses have been registered with the One Stop Service and Investment Service. Respondents in this study amounted to 86 owners of SMEs in Ponorogo District. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling. The data used are primary data using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents and supported by interviews. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 data processing applications, in addition to multiple linear regression analysis, this study tests the data by using descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results on the first hypothesis, it shows that people's business credit (KUR) has a positive and significant effect on increasing income. This means that the higher the understanding and use of people's business credit, the higher the income of MSMEs. The results of testing the second hypothesis show that e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on increasing revenue. This means that the higher the understanding and use of e-commerce , the more successful business owners will be in developing their business and increasing the income of business actors. Simultaneous test results show that people's business credit is able to affect the income of MSMEs in Ponorogo District. The results of the determination test show that the value of R square is 0.388, with the intention that people's business credit and e-commerce can have an effect with an increase in income of 38.8% and the remaining 61.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this research that has been done.
