Abstract
This study aims to determine whether work discipline and motivation affect work productivity of employees at WARUNK WOW KWB Ponorogo with work spirit as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population in this study were 45 respondents with the same number of samples as the number of respondents. The sample was obtained using a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. (3) Work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity variables. (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at WARUNK WOW KWB Ponorogo. (6) Work discipline has an indirect effect on employee productivity at WARUNK WOW KWB Ponorogo. (7) Motivation has an indirect effect on employee productivity at WARUNK WOW KWB Ponorogo. (8) Simultaneously work discipline and motivation affect the work productivity of employees at WARUNK WOW KWB Ponorogo.
