Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence adaptability and self-confidence have on employee performance at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. In this study using quantitative methods. The data in this study used data from questionnaires that were distributed with written statements to respondents. Then it was analyzed using the SPSS 21 software application. The population in this study was employees of PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia located in Ponorogo. The population and sample in the study amounted to 36 employees using the census method. Where if the population is relatively small so that the sample is the whole of the population . The results of this study show that: (1) There is an influence between adaptability to employee performance at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (2) There is an influence between skill development on employee performance at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (3) There is an influence between self-confidence in employee performance at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (4) There is an influence between adaptability, skill development and self-confidence in the performance of employees at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia.
