Abstract

The main indicators to determine the quality of hospital service are patient satisfaction. This research aims to determine the relationship of quality service with the satisfaction of patients with poly disease in the Islamic hospital Siti Aisyah Madiun. This type of research is quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach. The research population is 940 people with a sample of 94 respondents. Sampling techniques non probability sampling with porposive sampling method, analysis test with Chi Square. The results of this research are respondents who assessed the quality of service not good and dissatisfied as much as 26 ' 6% with the amount of 25 respondents, while assessing the quality of good service and satisfied as much as 56.4% with the number of 53 respondents. Based on the correlation test product moment obtained the value of P value 0.000. The value of the sig is smaller than α = 0.005, indicating there is a significant relationship between the quality of the service and the satisfactio n of patients with poly diseases in the Siti Aisyah Islamic Hospital Madiun. Advice that can be given to further research to conduct quality relations Research Service with the perception of patient loyalty and for hospitals should Islamic hospital Siti Aisyah Madiun continue to improve the quality of service to be more Give satisfaction to patients.
