Abstract

The new central government program through the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) provides social health insurance to the community through the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS. The problem that is often encountered by BPJS users is the complaints of nursing services provided by health workers not all without fees. Services provided by health workers tend not to meet patient satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients in nursing services in the Inpatient Room of Rose Hospital Dr. Hardjono Ponorogo. The design of this study is descriptive. Respondents of this study were BPJS patients in Dr.Hardjono Ponorogo Hospital. The research sampling technique uses Proposive Sampling. The sample of this study were some patients who were treated in the rose inpatient room at Dr.Hardjono Ponorogo Hospital with a total of 48 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires while data analysis techniques use percentages. The results of the study 48 respondents showed most (52%) or 25 respondents were satisfied with BPJS nursing services in the inpatient room of Dr.Hardjono Ponorogo Hospital and almost half (48%) or 23 respondents were not satisfied with BPJS Nursing services. From the results of the study concluded that the level of patient satisfaction about the quality of nursing services is good, then services in Dr Hospital, Hardjono Ponorogo are further enhanced nursing services, especially BPJS users so that BPJS patients feel satisfied in getting nursing services.
