Abstract
The rapid development of technology nowadays makes it possible for everything we used to do manually to be changed to digital. Many schools do finger print absences, but must include evidence in the form of writing which is then used as a report as a reference for teacher performance scores. This application was made to assist TU in entering the proof, data sent via the application. In this application, the proof letter will be recapitulated into a report, thus helping and speeding up the work of TU. Other benefits are also avoiding negligence of teachers and employees in certain permits and can facilitate the licensing process. The appearance of the application is made slightly different from the display of pen paper manually, before doing a pen during the first use. Users are required to fill in their identity and email as used for the application login, with a pdf output. The online pension letter was sent directly to TU for approval. And implementing the fuzzy string matching algorithm as a program in the teacher's name search menu system that is placed in the special admin dispensation web section, to make the search easier, then it will be grouped according to the name we are looking for.
