Abstract
COVID-19 that emerged among the public in 2020 which is affects in farmer economic health and particularly the commercial price of chili. Especially since the goverment has territorial reztrictions. The study aims to analyze is income between before and after Covid-19 against the development of rural agriculture.The quantitative study by spreading a questionnaire to 100 the chili farmers in Ponorogo country. The results of this analyze show that covid-19 is negative to the chili farmer’s income is reduced. This has contributed to a negative impact on development rural agriculture.
