This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely to describe and depict certain variables, symptoms, circumstances or social phenomena as they are (Indrianto and Supomo, 2012: 12).
The results of the research show the Ponorogo Police's efforts to improve the quality of public services in making driving licenses (SIM) through excellent service, namely: 1) To avoid the practice of touts, the Ponorogo Police installed an appeal board about being free from touts and commitment to service at the Ponorogo Police at the letter registration counter. Driving License (SIM), 2) Ponorogo Police opens an online Driving License (SIM) extension service via the internet, 3) Ponorogo Police provides mobile phone charging for Driving License (SIM) applicants at the Ponorogo Police Satpas, and 4) Available charger prepared for driving license (SIM) applicants at the Ponorogo Police Satpas
