Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana PENGARUH TEAMWORK, EMPLOYEE AGILITY, dan BURNOUT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PABRIK GULA PAGOTAN.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan Pabrik Gula Pagotan. Pemilihan sampel berdasarkan teknik pengambilan Sampel Jenuh yaitu seluruh anggota kelompok digunakan menjadi sampel penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pabrik Gula Pagotan yang berada di Kabupaten Madiun. Metodologi penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu menggunakan model Analisis Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25.
Hasil pengujian analisis Uji Regresi Linier Berganda pada kinerja karyawan Pabrik Gula Pagotan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hal ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh teamwork, employee agility, burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pabrik Gula Pagotan.
