Abstract
Abstract
Employee performance is one of the factors that greatly influences tha work system, be it an organization or company, and whether a company or organization is good or not can be seen from how good or not the employee’s performance. The aim of this research is to determine the role of independent variables in the form of work environment, workload and information technology on employee performance by taking the research object at Swalayan Surya Mart Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto Ponorogo. This reseach uses quantitative research principles. The data used in the research data mining process are primary data and secondary data. The parties selected as the population were employees of Swalayan Surya Mart Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto Ponorogo with a sample of 45 people. A summary of the research results is that work environment variables have a positive influence on employee performance variables, workload variables have a positive influence on employee performance, and also information technology variables have a positive influence on employee simultaneously. All variables have an influence on employee performance.
