Abstract

Umi Mahiroh. Prototipe Wayang klobot jagung Sebagai Media Pembelajaran AUD. Prototipe. Program studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidukan Anak Usia Dini. Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Pembimbing 1 Betty Yulia Wulansari, M. Pd. , Pembimbing 2 Muhammad Azam Muttaqin, M. Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah prototype wayang dari bahan klobot jagung yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran anak usia dini untuk melestarikan budaya wayang agar tidak punah. Prototype ini menggunakan bahan alam yang ramah lingkungan dan mudah ditemukan disekitar untuk mengoptimalkan pengetahuan anak usia dini tentang wayang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan wayang kulit dimodifiasi menjadi wayang klobot jagung. Desain gambar disesuaikan dengan penelitian tokoh cerita Asal Usul Telaga Ngebel. Produk wayang klobot jagung telah mendapat validasi dari ahli tokoh dan ahli naskah dengan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pengenalan wayang di TK Dharma Wanita Pager usia 4-6 tahun.
Hasil penelitian pengembangan prototype kesenian wayang klobot jagung dengan desain budaya lokal Ponorogo diminati anak TK Dharma Wanita Pager. Pengembangan naskah cerita dengan dialog sederhana dan menonjolkan gerak wayang lebih mudah difahami dan disukai anak TK Dharma Wanita Pager. Diharapkan lembaga PAUD menggunaan media wayang klobot jagung yang lebih murah dibanding harga wayang kulit.

. This research aims to develop a puppet prototype made from corn husks which can be used as a learning medium for early childhood to preserve wayang culture so that it does not become extinct. This prototype uses natural materials that are environmentally friendly and easy to find nearby to optimize young children's knowledge about wayang.
This research uses the method of developing shadow puppets modified into corn husk puppets. The image design is adapted from research into the characters in the story of the Origin of Ngebel Lake. The corn husk wayang product has received validation from character experts and script experts and is suitable for use as a learning medium for introducing wayang in the Dharma Wanita Pager Kindergarten aged 4-6 years.
The results of research on the development of a prototype of the corn husk wayang art with designs from local Ponorogo culture attracted the children of Dharma Wanita Pager Kindergarten. Developing a story script with simple dialogue and highlighting puppet movements is easier for the Dharma Wanita Pager Kindergarten children to understand and like. It is hoped that PAUD institutions will use corn husk puppet media which is cheaper than the price of shadow puppets.
