Abstract
Regulations regarding outsourcing in Indonesia were first contained in Law No. 13 of 2003. This regulation serves as a legal umbrella for the practice of outsourcing workers. However, over time, this regulation has experienced dynamics in society, including through the revision of Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. This revision caused controversy and rejection from the public because it was considered to complicate workers' conditions. In response to these issues, the government then issued Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perpu) No. 2 of 2022 as a replacement for the Job Creation Law. This Perpu was later passed into Law No. 6 of 2023, which re-regulates the rules regarding outsourcing and workers' rights. This research aims to analyze the form of legal protection for outsourcing workers after the passing of Law No. 6 of 2023. The method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach to answer the problem being researched. The results obtained in this research are that the rules regarding outsourcing experienced significant changes after the existence of the job creation law, namely there were no job limits. Regulations regarding legal protection such as wages, leave, overtime and severance pay are regulated therein and are also contained in the implementing regulations.
