Abstract

Information technology now makes many activities easier for organizations. Information technology can provide added value to organizations if it is designed into an effective information system so that it becomes a quality information system. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction in Brimo User Customers in Ponorogo. The sample of this study was BRI Bank customers using Brimo in Ponorogo using accidental sampling techniques and a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. This study produced a partial test (t) as follows System Quality (X1) = 0.026, Information Quality (X2) = 0.002, and Service Quality (X3) = 0.000.
